I have been so excited to try stuffed chicken wings ever since I saw 2fat2fly. Stuffdwings_htx did not disappoint. Excellent service. The Colard green slaw is interesting. The banana pudding is to die for. I was worried onceI read the recent reviews, but the wings were delicious. To be fair I could barely tell the difference between the 3 rice wings but they were delicious! I definitely recommend making an effort to stop by and check them out!
I have to admit, I did know about this business last year due to their spotlight on the local news. I ever tried them...shame on me. Thank you to Yelp, for having Stuffd Wings!! They were so juicy, flavorful and the boudin option was on point! I loved how they provided two options for you to choose from. I think they were Upon approach to the food truck, they were friendly and explained the difference between the options. We noticed the owner was present, and he was very friendly and approachable. Did I mention their sauce, it needs to be bottled if it is not! We wanted more!!! It had such a great flavor. We plan on visiting their location and trying more wings!

Learned about this spot on social media and had been saying I was going to try for months and finally did & I can truly say I was not disappointed at all. There was a bit of a line when I got there but I didn't mind it gave me a chance to look at the menu and decide what I was getting. I ended up getting the Tierwester with the chicken head wings and adding 2 extra riding' dirty wings. The food was fresh and seasoned well with the perfect amount of spice and then of course they had Louisiana hot sauce which made it hit even harder. The ordering process was simple and quick, there was a bit of wait which I expected, it took about 15-20 mins to come out but again it was fresh. I had the sweet tea and the frozen strawberry lemonade both were good, not overly sweet. I'll be going back real soon because I need to try those other wings and that mac.
For starters customer service was really good. I had questions about the menu and they were very helpful. My food was good considering. It was definitely cooked to order because it was hot and fresh when it came out and we had to wait for it. I didn't give it 5 stars because I ordered the wing flight and 2 of the wings weren't really stuffed and the mac n cheese wings stuffing was coming out so when it was fried most of the wing stuffing was burnt. The collard slaw was a different twist on coleslaw. I enjoyed it. The red sauce for the side was also good. I would go back again. Just because the concept is a good one. And I may request that my wings are stuffed and not burnt. The dining room was very clean and spacious.
